Basically when your new people normally go first to trusted people who have vouches and stuff.
When you deal with them they will give you rep and vouch for you.
Therefore getting you vouches and then people go first to you.
I went first with Cod, Razorlight and Achieve.
And Know i have gone second to PaulMac, ChimpTears, Jordam, and others.
Know i have a list of around 10 vouchers.
