Argh im gonna bloody die this time.
Periods started after 3 months...
blah the cramps are seriously worth killing yourself over, TRUST ME THEY ARE.
Helppp they are seriously hurting, ive took paracetamol, what else can i dooo!!!

im not a girl but the best piece of advice i can say is too try sleep it off ?
err goto your doctors, tell them whats happened. I think you can get some tablets which make you bleed less & take the pain away.
Ergh i feel sick. Im gonna go moan and sulk in my bed. :( Die periods die.
Ill tell my mum to make an appointment...

Nevermind, my mum gave me a tablet which are for my sisters period pains.

I wouldn't spend your time on the computer as you could be sat in a awkward position for your stomach or -whatever- so go and lie down and try and sit in a comfy position.

Why not try and take a warm bath, and or lie with a water bottle, sometimes helps.
Yeah that's a good suggestion,run yourself a nice warm bath with a bit of Radox in there and put on some nice music and just relax, then perhaps go and read a book in a comfy position which hopefully will take your mind off the pain:)
yeah you are aloud. i used to be on it & it helps alot with the pain & your period only comes for about 3-4 days rather than the week or so. & it also regulates it so every month it's around the same time. the only thing you have to do to get the pill is get a pap smear...Quote:

Go for a hot bath or curl up in a ball. & like craig said get off the pc and get comfortable.
Meh i have to talk tablets to make me bleed less :( its like 3?4 times a day during that time of the month

i used to get awful pains, so i went on the pill. it made me put on A LOT of weight tho, so i came off it. i generally have a fast metabolism so i don't usually put on weight, so it was weird. so if you're considering going on the pill, think about that too.
i just take paracetamol, have a hot bath, then curl up in bed with a film and try to forget about it. you can get those heat patches tho to help stop pains too.
Chocolate, hot water bottle and a soppy dvd always helps.
Ooh and have a hot bath with lots of bubbles.

Yeah, warm baths really help. Just try and relax..
A hot water bottle on me tummy ALWAYS works for me. I dunno why it just does. :s I get bad cramps and thats the only way it stops.
Yep I haven't started my period yet but hot water helps, says my friend - Bobo.
