So, i'm kind of addicated to it at the moment, bands like underOATH, Alexisonfire and so on.
But, i've only got three bands of this genre and hearing them over & over gets annoying, anyone know any others you can recommend for me?

Depends, because if you mean music which screms in general.. then stuff like Killswitch engage, roadrunner united, slipknot, etc. could be included.

I know some proper Screamo bands, but it's basically all throat, no singing.

It sounds like radiohead if they turned into screamo, haha. The chorus is addicting, and Im not much into screaming stuff normally
