its an alright looking template... nothing special about it... should blend perfectly into the average company

Why use a cheapskate and ripper like Jagus, he will only rip you off, if I remember right he was selling free software and saying he paid for it and his other templates were mostly ripped.

From a design perspective the style chosen has been in-active for 4 to 5 years, as the look is retro which is currently not preferred with most modern designs.
