I dont think its true, it should be out again in the coming years..
I hope so i have like 10 off those!
I'm sure it'll be out sometime in the next half year or so...someone obviously said this to try to get someone to buy their poster for more or something

It was never permanantly (itself) in the catalogue anyway. So technically hasn't it always been a rare. You cant make a non rare, rare anyway unless you delete them all.
