Well it's a start, you have used a generally basic which is rather decent for the general Piczo standards.
However the colour scheme, content, accessibility requires further development.
May I recommend the following guide which covers a vary of fan-site areas that require further development:

well, i know how to create a domain, i know how to do like html's n stuff, but thats kinda it, im new to this website making thing so im lookin for a co-owner who has got alot of experience and proof.
i made a test site which is www.bobbox.piczo.com which was just a little test to see if i can do it, i have decided to buy a proper domain but before i do i need help !
