Okay, like I was gonna get some shoes and I decided I kinda like converse (bit late lol) so I was thinking of getting a pair, but not sure if they're still fashionable..
I mean is it still worth getting a pair?

Converse rule. And Glamour, I know Chavs that wear converses. Even Rappers do (The Game, 50Cent) . How this makes you get called Emo remains to be seen.

First of all to get a pair of shoes cos they're fashionable is pretty stupid, you should be an individual and not follow the trend. Just get a pair of shoes that you like and aren't exactly fashionable, e.g a certain pair of shoes with a good brand name that aren't like converse. If you wear converse people will pretty much think "Eww emo/scene kid" on their first impression.
And second of all I should think that you would be best off getting shoes you want based on your opinion, not by asking a bunch of losers off a forum. At the end of the day it's your decision and you shouldn't let anyones biased opinions choose for you, once again you are an individual I am sure you can choose to buy them or not. So buy the shoes/don't buy the shoes based on YOUR opinion, not other peoples.

yeah so all the little "scene kids" are wearing them these days, but they have no idea what's in fashion, because, if sit and actually look at them for a little while, you start to realise that they are infact the ugliest shoes ever. £30/40 for something my baby brother coulda made? a bit of plastic with some canvas over it and a circle at the side with some guys name. oh ya, and as soon as it rains your feet are soaked.
So true, they should be like £10 for what they look lyke.

If you genuinly like them, then get them, but dont just jump on the bandwagon like alot of people do. Id personally not, as once was a pretty cool pair of unusual shoes, they have now been destroyed by the mass amount on people wearing them. you don't see as many people wearing now so i don't think you should be bothered whether its emo or not.
just wear them if you want to. they're pretty comfy too. i want some greeen ones ='].

I didnt know you could get them measured for Converse lmao ;p I just found out the hard way, when they started giving me blisters and stuff.
