It will be out on the Norway Hotel , as it will be on all of Habbo Hotel's but at the moment they are just testing the new features one at a time on the Norway Hotel.

if they just did them all strate away then all the habbos wud be very confused plus if one programme dusnt work then they will have to delete them all just to check which one isnt working so they do it feeture by feeture for 2 reasons
habbo v7 is only on habbohotel.no at the moment
