Clue scroll

After you've finished the priest in peril quest and the place there were you find men (lvl 24).. do they drop clue scrolls

yep lvl 1 clues

how often do tehy drop them ?

Once every full moon ^_^

Most people says stealing from HAMs

All Men drop Level 1 Clue Scrolls.

you can only kill a few stealing is alot better or you could try goblins easy to kill and clues are quite often

yep i would recomned the ones in lumbridge in the small shed quite a few there and a small area space :)
