People seem to put them up earlier each year, like a few years ago we would only put it up about twelve days before this year we put it up twenty one days before.

Mines artificial, we have had real but artificial looks better imo and it is less mess.

I think real ones actually look nicer. I used to think otherwise, but after i got one I had all my mates and loads of people complimenting me on how nice it was. I was actualyl surprised as how lovely it turned out to be. :)
If you get a fir (or something) and pay the £10 or whatever extra, it isn't that messy. Last year hardly any, if anyat all, of our needles fell out. Their only messy if you get a cheap and nasty one! :)

Mine was put up a few hours ago today, as well as loads of decorations.
My parents will start wrapping presents on christmas eve, and i've got none to wrap, except the one i'm getting for my mom.
It will be up this week... Its a **** getting it all down from the loft.
