It's nice, but your thread title is over exaggerating and no-one likes a big head.
some objections:
black on grey - ew.
stretchy outed box - ew
i dont like the buttons - ew

The colour looks ok, but the text is BAd, i should of put the text is "say"

The colour is quite...different, i agree, and i don't like it how it talks about Fansites and Habbo X's and then suddenly changes to "Ban habbo from your room" Maybe make tabs? Eg. A help tab, a fansite tab and a room tab?
