Depends how long you play, really. But not long as they're easy goals.

Pest control is found at Port sarim, and talk to Squire.
on mIRC, go to #pc-hq and type !pcw for the Pest control world. It changes all the time, so check every 5-10 minutes, or the second you loose a game.

Should only take about a week.
I went from 53 - 60 attack, in like, a few hours.
I done a all nighter one night on saturday and just got 100 points, and kept using them.
if i was you id get str up first then attack then use a whip for defence :p thats what im doing anyway str shouldnt take you long attack will as its more xp itd say abouter a week but depends how long you are on forQuote:
