They can ;P, if I searched my room when I just entered it or whatever it'd say 26/25 and I'd be like... There's no X or anything in here. Plus I can always get in when it's full, so I assume it does work. I've never had it confirmed though.Quote:

I'm not really sure, I can't think of many eventualities in which a room would be full without the owner inside, uless you own a kick wars or a Uber-popular room like Peace trade or Trade World
