'Loaded god complex, cóck and pull it.'
from Sugar, we're going down
sooo...? A loaded god complex is a church? and cóck it and pull it is about a gun... so..I've been trying to figure it out for ages coz people are like
'Ha my mum finds that line funny'
'I love that line'
and well errmm... I've yet to catch on. Can some one please help?
[Yes I do know I sound a complete noob, but mehh]
I get the second bit not the bit before it...
loaded refers to an ammo clip in a gun
cóck it refers to pulling the chamber back to let the bullet from the clip make its way into the chamber
and pull it refers to pulling the trigger of a gun
well i assume thats what it means =p
Yeah, that part is obvious, but I dont get the god complex part.Quote:

God complex
A person is who is said to have a "God complex", does not believe he is god, but acts so arrogantly that he might as well believe his is God or appointed to act by God.
Some believe that "God complexes" are particularly common in arrogant, highly educated, worldly, or powerful people.

Note: The phrase "loaded God complex" is a play on words, referencing the fact that a person with a God complex can be volatile, much like playing with a loaded gun.
A hand gun. Used in the songs "Sugar, We're Going Down" by Fall Out Boy and "Everyday's Forecast" by Gym Class Heroes, both on Fueled By Ramen records.
I'll be a number one with a bullet / Loaded god complex, **** it and pull it. - Fall Out Boy, "Sugar, We're Going Down"
Pop! Pop! went my god complex. - Gym Class Heroes, "Everyday's Forecast"

I still don't see whats funny though...
It may be an inside joke between the bands, you never know
I hate Fall Out Boy. I just had to tell you.
That isn't funny.
What isn't? I personally find the image of someone who sounds castrated singing about male genitilia quite whimsical.
The line...
What about it?
It isn't funny...Quote:
