I reckon they should bring in the Bike, it will be a neat transport around.
It should require few lvls say (high agilty)
It should cost alot, and needs fixing.

It`s not why on earth would you need to fix a bike
Bikes don't fit in with the time period that Runescape is set in.

The way runescape characters are controlled, square by square, I don't think it'd be work. All the rushing about would probably cause lag, and it just doesn't fit in with the time period.
