My friends Mum died of AIDS in Africa. So please please make poverty history this year. ONCE AND FOR ALL.

How can we make poverty history when countrys like england and america wont share there money?

We could all become communist that would fix poverty.

if every product was made to rise 1p and that 1p goes t making poverty hitory then that would work.

good idea but im not sure all companys would agree but it would b good 2 sell more of those bully bands there a good idea ive got loads of them

but they would not have to pay 1p more it would be us so itwould not effect them company so much

I agree this would be something that should be tried however I doubt it'll happen. There's just too many selfish people in the World.

they are not dumb, because some villages in africa are getting things maybe not all of them but some. Every little helps, okay if the whole world donated a pound problem solved but not everyone could afford a pound. £1 can give education to a kid in africa for 1 year, thats helping as then the kid can pass on his education to other kids and a cycle starts

maybe not in that way , but they cant make poverty history in general

yer there will always be poverty. i guess if everyone had atleast 1million punds then those with 1 billion would say the ones with 1 million are poor.

£1 to poor people in Africa means the world to them.

But just imagine, someone's life just got brighter after getting £1, I thinks its really upsetting that a small amount of money to us, can turn their life around...
