I only reckon using pest control when your str is like 80+
cause then the points is worth getting.
if your free to play do what i did and fight the spiders in the stronghold of security fastest xp f2p with 60-80k xp an hour.
if your p2p do slayer tasks raise 2 skills at once but while slaying use a d scimmy unless the slayer monster needs special item to kill.
if your p2p and just want to raise strength asap pest control.
Bad thing about PC is when you spend your points it doesn't raise you HP.. HP is one of your most important skills :[.
