Here's a few pointers although you're probably too good for my advice:
- save all work as .PNG to maximize quality.
- try not to recolour the same item in dozens of colours because you end up with similar colours (eg. green, light green, dark green etc). I don't think it looks good that way.
- I do like the water you added to the toilets but it is a little bright so looks weird.
- don't post actual Habbo furni as recolours such as the pink toilet and black laser gate.
- try not to space things out so much - presentation is very important if you want good ratings and rep.
- don't be rude towards people who criticise your work - this is the only way to improve.
- finally don't recolour other people's work without permission - this is ripping.
