If it isn't a glitch, Habbo are trying to lower the throne value. But that's very unlikely.

I think they arent too bothered about the white bits cause i dont think it takes 3 weeks to fix it lol.......but who knows.

it slightly ruins the royality of the throne, i dont like the white strip on it personally :(
not many others do either, it should be easy to fix so i dont know why its taking so long :|
