Not necessary as you are choosing the most important one in the list not most important ones :).
The quality of the skin - if it's a decent skin of a high quality it won't be too bright etc.
I like high quality ones, but habbo images for me =]

the orange one is way to bright whnever my comp gets that skin i always turn it to the blue one. the blue good coz it not hard on the eyes so i can see wt i doin lool
The uniqueness of the skin, and the colours are nice, decent colours, so they're not to bright/dark.

The colours - Some of the colours in the skins are daft, for example, in the blue skin the yellow is too green and doesn't look right in places.

Probably the effect on the eyes, i just like somthing that i can read easly without squinting etc, and wont blind me :D
i use the skin: site, this is because it is bright and is easy for me to look at :P
I use the classic skin because it's easily navigatable :)
its just the right shade of colours not to bright
it needs to be fun cos when i get home from school it needs to cheer meh up :]
