Torags is best for training in as it has the best defence stats of all the barrows armour.
Dharoks is good if you want to pray on monsters and hit high and for having fun at pest control/castle wars.
Veracs for KQing/duelling.
guthans for no food tbh
If you got lots of cash, guthans. If not, Torags.
I'd say torags, not too expensive (1.9) compared to other barrows items and best def.

well it would depend on how you like to fight stuff like that etc e.g
torags would get pooned by full dharrocks if im correct? and so on
dharrocks- if you like hitting rather high obvoiusly lol
veracs- best choice in my opinion :P
torrags- meh if its all you can afford go for it best def worst effect... (btw i cant even afford that :P)
guthans- for rich people who like to "own"
