I dont get it
They're telling you they get too many messages, cant answer them personally. They decided to give you a auto message to keep you satisfied for a while. They suggest you to post in the forum and maybe your question will be answered.
They did that to me. They just go on about stupid safety stuff. And "oh by membership you get loads more stuff" And im like, err.. what was i on about.
If it is you are waiting for your membership pin, then the delay in time is normally caused because they recieve so many sms and other payments.
Normally this happens in the early hours of the morning or late at night.
Wait untill tomorow if you have not recieved a pin then send another sms or an e-mail to Jagex again.
