With the new version installed, there are LOADs of furni glitches and some changes. Ill post a few to start off

When you go into rooms now sometimes the furni loads up - its just boxes when you on in room.

This also happends with your big hand somtimes :@

The flags section has been removed with the introduction of V12

also, there are no crocodiles, but there is a picture of one on the pets accessories page.

If this is v12 then im leaving.
