What Do You Do When You're Bored/Depressed?

Hi, this may have been posted before, as so many things are in this Forum.

But what i want to know is, how do you deal with boredness or depression? :S

I find methods of talking to someone the best, asking for advice as well as dishing out the advice that people really want to hear. :D

I just want to see if anyone can give me or anyone else advice on how to control their depression.

So i ask you once again, how do you deal with boredness and depression? :S

I just sit and feel sorry for my self, theres not much I can do.
I have depression so it happens quite frequently.

Yeh, i guess sometimes it is best to deal with your own problems.
But im useless at that, so i go and seek advice and then see if that helps.

what do you mean by that bluetails?
As in punching the wall, someone etc.
I usually like to punch or throw something.

I'm not too fond of hitting people, but I will in some sort of self-defense, like if they hurt me in anyway.
Oh and I have hit a few people when i was drunk (but we won't go into that)

Dave,

If I am depressed I either go watch TV in the lounge, for some reason it cheers me up. Also I talk to my good friends. When I am bored I find something to do.

Well, i just do something to take my mind off the incident if im depressed and when im bored i just venture around habbo :rolleyes:

Man it would seem that alot of people do post once you've made a new thread lol.
But i do like to hear how people deal with these kind of emotions. (Stated by the title) so that others, as well as myself, can get an idea of what maybe i should try to get rid of depression. (That is when i have it)

I'm not usually bored or depressed, but when i am i make a nice cuppa and make some toast and cheese on top, and watch some tv in my pyjamas and slippers...

When iam stressed
In real life:
Go mad, punch things, shout at people, argue with teachers, be miserable
On Habbo/Messenger/Habbox:
Take out my anger to :James,Spectate,Jacko2kn3,Jrh2002 and tell them who is annoying me,lol and annoy them!
Be really rude to ppl :p

Right, um, if I am depressed, I will talk to it about people who don't remind me of it. So like if it's at school, I talk to all online friends they always cheer me up.
I write, I draw, music, telly, movies, friends, my bed.
*Shrugs* Boredom.. Um.. I do anything really?

lol well i have a few but they are all un exeptable for the forum but hitting things really helps but sometimes if im so angry i end up hurting any random person who has annoyed me lately
