Restart your computer it should help them.

^^ Tried to do same skem on me to get rep. Don't listen to him.
Also i don't see how restarting your computer would change your runescape server thingymagika. So it probably fixed it self whilst you were away.

1) Close runescape
2) Close all other windows and sign out of your chat
3) Click on "Start"
4) Click on "Turn off computer"
5) Click on "Turn off"
6) Get undressed
7) Do all your toilet things before bed
8) Go to bed.
