Erm, hit a 25 26 spec in the duel arena with s str pot and prayer.
Max i've hit with whip so far is 30..
My max is 20-20 with dds no spec or pray pot i think
mines 22 22 with dds spec and 20 17 with mage short bow spec
180 in the souls bane quest.
magic - 30 max
range - 24 max (potted)
melee - 25 max (potted)
i hitted 30 once with dharoks, but thats about it.
