That's the w800i. I had it last year, before getting the D900 at Christmas (absolutely amazing phone but just out of your price range).
I found the w800i great for all my needs and it didn't let me down at all. It also comes with a 512mb stick so you can hold loads of songs and photo's and everything, and the mp3 player quality is excellent. :)
I would say the best 2 out now are the samsung E900 and the son ericson W850i

Ive been looking for a new phone too. I like the moto krzr and ill probably get it, its £130 but includes a blutooth headset.

I have the w800i phone and it's great but because it's out of your price range i do suggest you go for the k750i as samsaBEAR suggested.

I have the flip-top Sony Erricson Walkman Phone which is white and orange but I hate it, no wonder it was cheap. The buttons just stopped working and the first one I got the charger didnt work so I returned it now in this one you gotta get the sim card out via surgery.

I would never pay that much for a phone. I ALWAYS drop my fones and get annoyed with them and chuck them lol.
get a motorola v360, it only has 5mb BUT I am so happy, I have just found out that it can hold a memory card, so you can have much more memory! :DDD
