Depends....

If you want to sell resellers to people then u need a server, if not, reseller :)

also, with a server u have much more control over what goes on it + it would be more reliable

I would recommend getting a reseller as Dedicated servers need experienced administrators to handle and setup etc and they can cost anything from £40-£120 a month so for a beginning company its not worth it
