Reason for muted?
telling people to go on IRC channels even tho it says nowhere in the rules that it is against the rules thats why its gay
Hm well to some degree it can come down to using the channel your advertising to advertise scams etc Just appeal and see what you can do.
Just say things like
"throughtout the runescape rules at no point does it say IRC Channels may not be advertised"

an irc is a program u can use to talk with other people on habbox etc etc theres a irc client built into swiftswitch or u can get one from www.mirc.com
