Yes it is, im on it now.. when u register on habbo .Fi it gives you some looks to choose from too.

Beware of this company, the pop-ups you get contain javascript which gives you virus's. My AVG got them instantly but use a very good pop-up blocker and surf with caution if you gonna use it
