Your probably right although PSV can be an extremely good team . I reckon Chelsea wont have any problem with Valencia

Chelsea have a very tough draw, I think Manu will get through but I don't think Liverpool willl.

The Liverpool v PSV game will be tricky.
PSV will be feeling extremly confident after knocking Arsenal out and will go into the game thinking they can win, Liverpool will have to improve their game after they lost to Barcelona (On the night).
Chelsea have the hardest draw, it would be nice to see them win the cup for once.
Roma should not be underestimated I can see that being another tricky game.
Milan v Bayern Munich should be a great game, Milan to win. :)
chelsea have got an extremely difficult tie, valencia can beat anyone on there day and they've got david villa up front and hes a massive threat!

Biggest threat Roma have Totti, and he's getting past his day now.
I'd go along with Chelsea getting the hardest draw, especially because they're playing the 2nd leg at the Mestalla. I reckon Liverpool and United will go through by the skin of their teeth, Roma shouldn't be underestimated, especially after beating Lyon in their own back yard. If Chelsea & Liverpool both win their games, we'll see a repeat of that famous semi-final 2 years ago :]
I reckon Man United will struggle against Roma if they play like they did against Lille.

Roma tbh aren't that good. Consistency is a huge problem for them, last season (or season before) they lost to Middlesbrough, this season they are in QFs of Champions League.

Yes Barcelona are a much better team than PSV but PSV shall go into this game with their heads held high after beating Arsenal and will believe they can take on any team and win.
Liverpool will go into this game asking themselves why did we not win the last game? Yes they played well and IMO I do not think Barcelona played that well, nowhere near their full potential.
