I think he was referencing to the fact that the building complex in querstion where the picture come from is where Habbo Hotel London base is and so.. In the 'possbility' one of those people may be habbo staff.. Although to be honest it could just be a staged shot with actors.
its the office building that sulake offices are in. that is the dining area that they all use.
NO HABBO HAS SEEN PICTURES OF HABBO STAFF, SO ALL THOSE CLAIMING TO KNOW WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE CAN QUIT IT.. :P
