Boxes don't look lined up?
They do to me..

I might try doing expandables tomorow :P
The only boxes that look a little off are the main content and nav.... but other than that great layout!
You might want to possibly add some padding to the inside of the boxes so the content isn't right up against the side, but other than that its nice!
