I just made a new Habbo Layout. It took around 30-45 Minutes using a bit of paint and photoshop.

Good layout, a little unoriginal but meh, habbo layouts can't really be original
All good but im not to sure about the nav
I like it but the colours should be rethought, the side boxs blend to much with the sides and I dnot like the colour used for the main content but the way its layouted out is good.
