Yes that's great news. That means they're happy with V13 now, since they've fixed all the bugs FI had with it. So they're spreading it across the hotels. I think UK will get it in the next 2 weeks.

NL is the best profit-giving Hotel from Sulake.
We also had SnowStorm as first Hotel but it had a bug and so came first on Habbo Finland :)
And last but not least, our Hotel is the most used one. (10.000 from 3 o clock till
8 o clock normally, sometimes much more)
it seems that if we get the update sometime this month we know sulake are going to update every month.
Yep, versions are springing up faster and faster nowadays. In 1-2 weeks time, we should get it.
