I would do a competition & the winner would get the 400k, 2nd place would get dragon scimmy/full rune.
Use it to get 99 fletching as i have no money :'(
I'd stake with it, win monies, then pay you back and keep the rest ;p
Put it into getting a high skill level, where you can make the money back.
I would merchant get lots of money and split it with my real life best friend :P

spend it on cooking so when i get 76 fishing i can cook my sharks :)
Use it to buy a cannon or something similar, as everyone has cannons at the ogres near castle wars, so I can never hit any of them... and i'll never get 70 range with them there. :eusa_wall
