You can find out if you go to the hiscores page, click the skill you are querying, type "1000000" in the box on the right hand side (search by rank) and it will give you the person who is 1 millionth in the list, the last person.

If nothing comes up, it's because not 1 million people are ranked in the stat, ie farming. :D
