I havn't played runescape for a week... So I'm a little outdated. :)
I think they're probably from the new quest?
& no need to add <3 at the end of every sentence.
The (t) ones from clue scrolls?

they arent exactly "new" they have been clue scroll rewards for several months now
The (t) one do exactly the same as the normal one, the only difference is the look.
