ok, right. recently i've been a bit .. bleh. and i've just wanted to meet someone who was gay/bi irl? not even for a relationship really.. just to talk to. like someone my own age and stuff. but i really don't know how to go about itt.
like, i've been thinking maybe i should just tell everyone and get it over and done with, because 6 of my mates know and they don't give a **** lol. but then on the other hand i'm reluctant because someone is bound to react badly.

well i'm guessing the six people you've told are your closest mates. you should just go for it, people will react badly, but as long as you have the six mates who don't care, it shouldn't really matter what anyone else thinks else, if you get me.

I think you should tell everyone..
If they react badly it's there problem & not yours.
& you know if any thing happens you have 6 good friends to rely on & look for help in.
Who knows if you come out you might meet more people like you who are afraid to come out in case people react badly.

none of them really cared, there was a few "how did you figure out?" and then jenna who was the one who sorta looked on myspace and saw it was the one who asked me if i was joking, and she was like "oh, i've never had a gay friend before". i think she was a bit weirded out about it though. but then one of my mates emily had like a one to one chat with me about it, and she was like "i'm totally fine with it, and if anyone says anything just ignore them. i've been through the whole am i, aren't i phase etcetc" so i guess we have like a lil strong bond between us around that ahar.Quote:

My thought is, just don't deny it. If someone asks "are you gay" then shrug your shoulders and say yes. It's really not becoming a huge deal anymore.
