Yes I did it over a year ago to get my IP lifted.
You have to say you're a parent though ^_^

I spoke to Colmc I think when I was getting banned.
He was friendly to me though that's because I've went to nearly every event he's hosted and I have respect for the guy.
He unbanned me tho.
All I said was
Fair play to you banning me and I know I was in the wrong but I've learnt my lesson and I'll try my best not to cause any inconvience again.

You don't need to ring the office about bans on Habbo Accounts. You should use the help tool for that.
