The big habbo face scares me :P

Try changing the background or the text to signify the change in topic, or just use a simple text header.

The background colour is a hex colour. Therefore the PNG quality cannot match the background.

It would be good if the radio was't out of place and if the boxs were transparent, other then thats its very nice, but I think you should add somthing towards the bottom of the left and right sides of the layout, it looks to plain.
Thats pretty cool. Feels different to the normal crap :)
It looks quit annoying and UN-user friendly havinf all your interactive content
at the top makes it pointless to scroll down and its not appealling having small
tiny banners :P good luck
if you made the navigational column have more width then it would look good.
