get all stats 99 like zezima
Get 99 firemaking tbh.
get everything to at least 20 :D
heres what i would do:
- get all non-combat stats to 20
- raise strength to 60+
- get def to 45
theres no point in getting attack up first, otherwise you will find yourself being able to equip better weapons but not hitting all that hard with it because your str is too low.

also, a lot of quests give reasonably good non-combat xp, you might want to look at them and decide if you want to do them or not.
look on runehq or tip it by clicking HERE for rune hq or HERE for tip it.
not much difference between the two, sometimes its handy to look at both at once, because they offer different information and different ways to do them

Is slayer worth starting ?
Is firemaking worth starting ?
slayer is definately worth starting.
it goes hand in hand with training combat.
and depending on what your task is, you can either range, melee, or mage the monsters you get for your task =]
the main problems with slayer though are:
the slayer master in canifis requires doing priest in peril and starting/finishing nature spirit to access
the slayer master in zanaris requires completion of lost city
theres one on karamja aswell [cant remember where] and im sure that requires some quests to get access aswell.
if you are starting you will need to go to burthorpe and talk to the one there.
if you are doing slayer, you may/may not get harpie bug swarms for your task at some point, which requires lighting and wielding a bug lantern, which you need 33 [i think] firemaking for.
so all in all, yes they are worth doing =]
