firstly dont eat it then you may have trouble digesting fatty/oily foods maybe?
trying eating ginger biscuits, ginger is the best thing to eat when you feel sick, because it settles your stomach.

maybe you've caught a bug or something? as somebody said earlier in the thread, ginger is a natural remedy to stop nausea. but yeah, go and see a doctor, maybe he can suggest a better diet if you don't eat too often.
