Well, I need a decent co-owner for my upcoming site (ModernHabbo.NET.)
The co-owner must meet the following requirements:
Speak the queen's English. (You can speak slang to me, but not on site.)
Have experience.
Know at least one coding language.

Why should you be co-owner?: Because I have ran alot of other sites before and even made my own ones and I know good html and I know that I can be a good co-owner.
What could you bring to the site?: I can bring any site to life I can add rare values, cutenews, a forum etc. and I also know alot of people for jobs for the site.

Why should you be co-owner?: I think I should be co-owner of ModernHabbo.net because, I would like to work with the Habbo Community, and give them the best opportunity of working for ModernHabbo etc. I think I should be co-owner because I am very experienced in running my own department, as I did for a couple of months at www.habbo-hits.com. I ran the radio side of the site, I hired staff, kept the radio online 12 hours a day and much more. I would love to have the opportunity of running a fansite again and really show what I'm made of, and how dedicated I am.
What could you bring to the site?: I can a hardworking member to the team, many new staff and loads of new ideas for future prospects. I can bring a few new layouts for the site. I can bring many new advertising techniques and a very loud voice to the team. Also can't forget a very humorous member of the team, who enjoys doing his job.

What could you bring to the site?: I could bring popularity (not being big-headed, I would advertise etc.) My personal knowledge of what Habbo's want/need.
