Seeming as i have people on msn to vouch that i sent the 20% and 70% and 100% of the template png around a month ago i dont think you can p.s good luck with host because i host it on a dedicated server stored in my house :)

Technically Neither of you can sue either of you.
Seeing nobody has actully bought copyright to protect their layout, nothing would happen.
The case would never get anywhere near court as it proberbly never get through to Louis Host
Thats why im no longer taking it that far, But still im taking it further, not just letting someone steal my website,

Facts:
1. You can not take ANY legal action under the age of 16
2. You aren't registered on the copyright registar for that layout
3. Even if it did get to court with no evidence it would get thrown out
4. This is now Just Stupid
