to make cash and a profitable spare of xp
well im nt making cash im losing like 150 per bow lol.. im making xp ye but.. its mena be cash i make
you'd lose 32gp per bow if those prices you posted are right.. most of the time its for exp, if you wanna make cash.. cut your own logs, pick your own flax and string them, then alch.. if you did that you'd make 468gp per bow + the time it took you to do all the picking, cutting and stringing.
most people ether buy yews/Bowstrings/yew longs and make nats or buy nats and cut/make Bowstrings...
erm well i cant make nats so i buy them.. what else shall i buy .. cos i wna make a profit when i alch lol
cut the yews, pick the flax.. then fletch the yews into unstrungbow bows, spin the flax into bowstrings.. string the bows then alch, buy the nats then that's 468gp per bow..

Or just buy bowstrings cut logs and buy nats and youll still make proift.

Buy yew (u)
Flax
Nats
you acctually make quite a nice profit and it's quick... i make around 2k bows a day
U buy all them vito :l but u lose money lol... if u buy them all

Well you can always buy the logs / longbows(U) / longbows aslong as you make your own bowstrings / make your your nats or buy them from the mage guild (if your mage is high enough)Quote:

I used to alch mage longs.
I would buy the mage logs and flax make them into bows, then buy how many nats I need, and make a nice profit. :)

Unless your making the Yew Longs they sell for 600 ea. So yeah.
+ nats = 900 so ur losing likie 150
