Alot of people think that buying sugar free drinks will stop your hyperness and also stop your teeth rotting.
Not to be rude... But your wrong.
Sorry to any diet drinks manufacturers, but because they don't add sugar, they add a nasty little thing called acelsuphame and aspartame.
These send me into a very angry/moody/depressed mood. :eusa_wall

no i don't buy sugarfree stuff. i just eat rubbish.
my science teacher told us that aspartame caused brain tumors in rats and it was originally banned but then it was unbanned.
i googled it aswell and seems true.
Yeah - Anywayz it doesn't taste as good as sugar!! ;)
Also normal coke is better for you than diet coke, as it is filled with chemicals as sugar withstains the carbonate. so they use chemicals to keep it carbonated and to sweeten it. its more crap than normal coke :P

I think when they remove sugar from the major products it tastes awful.

We don't get Coke Light over here we only get Coke Zero and Diet Coke. Do you think it's any diffrent?Quote:

I buy whatever. I don't buy sugarfree stuff though. I don't know why. It just has a different taste then I'm used to so I wouldn't be able to actually enjoy what I'm eating.

I'm hyper anyway xD but my mam does get SOME things that are sugar free since I had my tooth out
most stuff that is sugar free tastes nothing like its much nicer sugar filled equivelent so i find sugar free something to keep away from.
most of the time i am, my parents buy sugarfree stuff.. when im out with my friends i usually buy a bottle of pepsi n a few sweets but thats about it.

I try and be concious of what i eat but i cba usually and just eat whatever i feel like. I hate diet coke etc.
I always go for diet coke etc, but i am a fan of sweets.
I don't intentionally buy sugar free products but I enjoy diet coke and sugar free chewing gum. As for getting hyper and all that, I have never had that sort of reaction to sugar or caffeine.
