Its not really fair though come on. They spend money and less than a day later there taken away from them because Habbo didn't get them working properly. Habbo should of made sure they worked before doing this.

However. Its a bit pathetic at the end of the day its pixels.

This was sent to Fansite owners to ask them to spread the word i think.

I wanted to give you an update Trax.

It was so popular that the site experienced a problem with Trax, and so
far we have been unable to resolve this issue, and have taken the
precaution of removing Trax from the catalogue. When the issue is fixed
all machines should work as intended.

All of us here at Habbo UK are very sorry that this has happened, as we
wanted to share the fun and laughs and creativity that Trax brings, with
you all, and bring a whole new layer to Habbo that hadn't existed before.

What we are going to do is keep you all updated with what is happening
as much as we can, and we are also going to give away free Trax packs
when this issue is fixed, as a way of saying sorry.

More news as I get it :)

I agree that the riot is clearly over the top, yet I still believe they have a point. Whether or not the thing they bought is on the computer, they should still receive what they bought, otherwise I'd say it was theft. Besides, if you bought, say, the Sims and you put it on the computer and there was a glitch with it, you wouldn't just say to yourself 'It's a bunch of pixels, I'm not going to do anything about it'. Those Habbos aren't going about it the right way... How is a riot going to help? It's not like MOD-Elux will suddenly appear apologising and hand out free credits and Trax to all, is it? XD Since when was Habbo nice?
