Hey Guys
I just finished booking my flight on United to an undisclosed location, because of all the creepy stalkers in the world :P I am flying on Sept 11, and I am somewhat scared about it, I have to though because if I go the next day, I get some crappy punishment at school, and if I go the day before, I leave a day early from vacation, so I have to go that day :l
I hope the TSA is on high alert, I don't care if i'm frisked :P I just want to be safe. What do you guys think about this?
Its going to be ok. Unlikely terrorists are going to strike on this day, as I am sure security is going to be very tight on that day.
you'll be safe don't worry, no doubt about that.
I think it's more the memory that is spooking you out, just try not to think about what happened six years ago, although that will be very hard, trust me, it'll be fine.

If anything, it's probably safer to fly on September 11th. I doubt terrorists would plan an attack on the same day.
Youl be fine. Im guessing theyl be a lot of memorial services and stuff mind. might be quite emotional.
actually, I might be flying on the 11th too, but get this, i'll be flying out of JFK.
Its either going to be the 11th or the 12th, ideally I want to fly on the 12th as I want to spend the 11th on ground zero.
it'll be safer to fly on the 11th because security will be up and etc.
I don't think it will be up really, it's just very unlikely that they'll attack on the same day.
I'm pretty sure that they will have FBI, CIA and Millitary at major airports anyways. It's going to be a very different flying experiance, and I am actually really looking forward to it!

For ***** sake, let's drop this terrorist ****. They (for a fact) won't attack on the same day. It was 6 years ago (move on, but don't forget it).
By move on, I mean get over it. It happened, we have to face the fact, let's not be making a huge deal about it any more.

they wouldn't go that over the top...the most you will see will be TSA people. FBI and CIA people would never be at an airport from prevention. Also there will be Air marshalls on the plane but don't count on figuring out who it is. Flown 50 plus times and only ever figured out one of them because he was sitting next to me. And i noticed he had a bulge on his hip and then he started doing federal paperwork. I thought it was unprofessional to give yourself away but whatever, I guess he trusted me:eusa_dancQuote:
