Hi. I was thinking about getting my lip and my ears pierced, but how much does it hurt?
My friend said it's not so bad, but a sharp needle/gun sounds pretty painful to me?

Ears don't hurt at all.
I've had mine re-done about 6 times. its just like a little pinch!
And I dont know about lip, but i'm guessing its just a bit worse than ears 'cos its thicker - but its just flesh so it shouldn't hurt thattt bad.
my ear didn't hurt at all
and i'm hopefully getting my lip done soon. and you may aswell go for it, everyone has different pain levels
i've had my lip done, it DOESNT hurt im not jokin, you think it does, you get worked up about it and then bang, its done and your like "wow, that it?"

dosent hurt ;D thats basically what it feels like but still not even that bad!

if you go to a tattoist they use a gun for every piercing and its cheaper.
but if you go to a piercing stop its more expensive but wont hurt so much
Do it with a needle not a gun.
Biting your lip is a completely different feeling as it's blunt, and the needle (should be) very sharp.
If you're worried about the pain of it you clearly don't want it enough.

I had both my ears pierced and it was the most painless thing ever. Seriously if you're fretting over your ears then how much can you want it?
I imagine it wouldn't hurt that much... If it's sharp, it shouldn't hurt as much as if it was blunt. I've not had mine done, so what do I know? ^^!
I havent got mine done and don't want to, but just think, your worrying over 1 minute pain, but you'll have the ring for ever.

I did, i got over what happens and got it done.
Lip doesn't hurt at all.
They numbed mine.
And i did my ears myself with a drawing pin i took out the wall at school and tht didn't hurt it just bled a bit.
I Got My Down Below Done In Spain :P (Not Legal In this country for my age)
Not meant to numb it.. it's better for the healing if you don't.

ears don't hurt at all, I have 10 earrings, none of them were painful whatsoever.
as for lip, i've never had it done, but i've heard it's slightly more painful, but bearable.
